Reporting Policy

  • Reports should include supporting material such as chat logs, replays, screenshots, or video footage
  • All reports must be submitted in good faith. False submissions may result in moderation action
  • Reports are stored and tracked against player history and tournament logs

Review Process

  • A case ID is automatically generated
  • Assigned moderators review evidence (chat logs, match data, report history)
  • Outcome determined within 24–72 hours
  • Sanctions (if any) are applied:
    • No action
    • Warning
    • Temporary restriction
    • Ban and XP removal
